Couple caught taking down flag on camera. Update OP, He's an LSU grad

This is in my town.
It's not the American flag they are taking down. You can guess before you watch the video.
It's in Gulf Breeze, FL. Villa Venice neighborhood to be exact. It's a really nice neighborhood too.
The kid seems to be the only one with sense in this video.
