If the fed govt would adopt my plan of having food stamp recipients only able to use their SNAP cards at a food distribution center (mandatorily staffed by welfare recipients) that only gave out staple foods (no sodas, little Debbie’s, etc), then two grocery stores would probably be plenty for NO East.

You'd think that Oliver might have learned his lesson on bribes/kickbacks. He went to prison for a couple of years for taking $10,000 from Pampy. But he didn't snitch!
