Not sure about all of their funding but if they receive Parish funding, they may need to comply and those can be requested through the Freedom of Information Act.

Think that's his dad. Walter Clayton Dumas shares an address with Brandon and his wife in CCL. I think that's where they were living before moving to the AP.
