It's best to ensure that your Facebook page is limited to outsiders. Ensure that all controls are set to either your friends or "only me" option.
Or just create an alter on Facebook (never on here - for the record I do NOT have an alter on TD). I can't say the same for Facebook.

I've had a few FB alters get booted because of a SJW. It was well worth it until then though

I did as well. The key I have found is to use a throw-away e-mail address. Really this is a given.
But the secret to not getting booted is to register using a phone number. There are many apps today that allow for you to obtain a second phone line on your cell phone.
That and start making friends quickly. Never use an image that can be traced back to someone. Find pictures on Tumblr and then run a reverse search.
Lastly, use a VPN. And try as much as you can to always login from the same area every time you use it.
