Just 1point? 1/8 seems low.

I could likely get an ace in on a serve. I don't know if I could hit a winner on a rally unless she lined one up to my forehand. Returning her service for a winner would likely be a no.

There is a huge difference in winning a point in a 3 set match and winning a game. One unforced error and you have your point.

I took the OP to mean no double faults or unforced errors. .

I played tennis in high school.
Enough to earn a scholarship to a JC, but said frick that so I could drink at LSU for 6 years.
I played against an LSU female player who blanked me 6-0. We went to duece a couple times.
That being said, I still think I could maybe get a point of Serena.

I played a set of doubles against 2 LSU players, one who’d just returned from the challengers circuit, they were playing with wooden rackets...on my best serve Matt Clark hit my partner square in the chest. Smoked him. I abandoned first serves and just tried to jump them up. Serena has hands way GD better than him.

delusion is strong. You think you serve harder and more accurate than professionals.

Really though, Tennis isn’t about the ace...you aren’t constructing a game good enough to win against those wheels and hands. College players could. That consistency isn’t club level though.

I think I could because I play tennis. But even so it wouldn’t be a point I earn, it would just be hitting the ball back and hoping she hits it out by a few inches or into the net or something

You could get a point off a let. Or she mishits.

Or she relaxes cause she k owns it is in the bag.

Or you actually make a solid play.

But at lease you have a clue. Most of these guys aren’t even playing the same game she or other pros are playing.

Everything we are taught about ground strokes they break.

And, like you, I played at a high level. Ranking in the juniors. Invite in 80 to attend NB’s.

I think most people on this forum way over estimate the difference. The question is could you score a point. Most athletic males that could get a serve over would score a point .

Lol

Serena would crush anybody’s serve.

It’s clear you never played at any decent level.

Possible but highly improbable for someone with athleticism. That is not me.

Today, no. Take me playing at my best I beat her.

I got points on Becker, even if he did wipe the court with me.

Serena's fastest serve is #4 amongst womens' records. The mens' records are much faster, even those at the bottom of the list. John McEnroe stepped all over the little feefees of those like stupid Bob here when he stated that Serena would be around 700 in the mens circuit. McEnroe stated that he teaches and plays against teen males that serve faster than Serena, serves she would struggle to return.

True. But we have fools thinking they could ace her or return her serve.

She averages at least 105. They would be hard pressed to get wood on the ball at that speed at a batting cage, he they think they are gonna return her serve. Lol

They have no idea what game she is playing. Because most have never seen a match in person.

As I stated, ranked junior. And when I got up close to see how real pros were hitting I knew it was over for me. I wouldn’t even have been a F level Jimmy Arias
