same in the Raleigh greater area. They all have Tesla's and cannot drive worth a damn. They have taken over some new development neighborhoods and don't keep up $800k + homes.

This is what my neighborhood looks like. Except around here they have their own Indian supermarkets, so I rarely see them in the grocery store, but my god, watch out on the roads.
