She was coherent enough to choose who she participated with, set boundaries, and make decisions throughout the whole night. She wasn't some sedated barely conscience chick, she was an adult with agency.
As a former fraternity president, I probably would have told the dudes to not do a drug fueled gangbang in the house, and as a personal moral belief I think all parties involved here suck and lack morals, but there were no predators vs victim that night.
