She was drunk when she arrived. I read it was the first time the girl was taking Ketamine. She also had marijuana.

So I don’t consider a drugged up and drunk girl to be coherent at 2 am.

Especially if you are strangers.

According to her, she was a 5 out of 10 on the intoxicated scale when she engaged in the first of several consensual threesomes

The boys were significantly drunker than her. One passed out, the other started dry heaving and couldn't stop.

Again: According to HER.

So were the guys.

They weren't all strangers. The selective application of your arbitrary morality is fascinating.

Why must a gender be placed on this statement? What makes women so special we should believe them all?

I'm on your side bro, breath.

The point I was making was that something as drastic as sexual assault shouldn't be used as a weapon. It would be nice to live in a world where you could believe any victims, regardless of gender, because it wasn't a weaponized accusation. Speaking broadly, outside of teen boys from teachers, it's a safe assumption that women are the majority of victims of adult sexual assault. Also let's be honest as well, teen boys aren't making up accusations that teachers are assaulting them, so it's pretty easy to believe them still.

If you are too stupid to avoid this situation, then you have to deal with the notoriety.

The girl and the guys are all dealing with it. The girl could have avoided it. She made mistakes. And she may have also been preyed upon.

The guys could also have avoided it. They made mistakes that look worse, like predatory behavior.

Maybe not all of them, but some of them.

That seems to upset you personally.

Are your thoughts or her own admission that she was coherent more important?

This episode explains why young men are tired of dealing with women. There’s nothing to prevent a woman from willingly sleeping with a guy and deciding a week later she was assaulted. Even if the guy is cleared, the stain is there forever. You need to have a woman sign an affidavit nowadays before you sleep with her.

As a parent… my thoughts are more important.

Because I know that sometimes people say things that they later recant… because they felt pressured to say them at the time.

No, the problem with this country is people protecting predators.

So zero accountability for the whore, which must be due to your sexist ways.

The facts of this case make her look way more like a predator.

At some point amongst a certain group of women, regret after the fact became rape.

My perspective is, if my daughter were wasted at a frat house, then I would want someone to protect her from falling into a situation like that.

And if my son was a member of that fraternity, I would want him to protect the young woman, his friends, and the fraternity in that situation.

at some point we need to decide if women actually have agency and should be seen as men's equals in the eyes of the law.

She wanted the dicks, she got them.

Protect her from what she wanted at the time? Why is that their responsibility? Why does none of this burden fall on her? You refuse to answer so I will keep asking.

Who pressured her to brag to her roommate and later her big sister about it? Read the report of the interviews dude, she is literally telling her roommate she needs to get with the sexual freedom movement and to her big sister that she's a "slut."
