Present everything exactly opposite how things really are (the first person is complaining about being passed over and tremendously qualified, whereas in the real world, she'd get the promotion in spite of being under qualified and lacking sufficient experience).

I so don't understand the 'look how woke we are' commercials. How do commercials like this, the gillette one and others help sell the product? I guess since I don't have a fancy marketing degree I don't understand.... but none of these commercials make me want to buy the product.
