I too have spent many hours picking up trash in NBR and in Alexandria. BY FAR, the three most common items are foil flavored cigar packages, lottery tickets, and fast food wrappers. It’s 90% of the litter on the road.
NBR has a pretty high number of orange tipped syringes and beer cans too.

They should paint all the tires to look like donuts and put them all in Gravy's backyard.....he'd shred every damn one for free.

On one hand, he's bitching about having the tire thingy in NBR and on the other hand he's bitching about them not selling the product in NBR.

There was supposedly a $200k/yr job associated with this thing, so it sounds like the kickback was all lined up. Our mayor is so incompetent that she still couldn't get it done.
