Products sold under the farm bill loophole that are “THCA” are simply weed that was tested before the THCA turned to THC. It’s just weed. All THCA turns to THC when heated to the right temperature/smoked.
The fact congress created this loophole is proof they have no business regulating this product as they have no idea what they are doing. Lobbyist tell them how to vote and they do so.

Yea that was my understanding. It's not "fake" weed. It's the same shite but congress retardedly made a meaningless distinction, thus the loophole.

Some of the other products are concentrated version of other naturally occurring cannabinoids (THCP, Delta 8, Delta 10 etc). They are different from old fashioned “weed” but THCA is just THC.
Many states had already banned it but not some of the other products, it’s my understanding almost all will now be banned. North Carolina is ground zero for THCA weed. I’d bet this bill pushes them to pass some form of legalization as it’s a huge industry there.

Correct.
But just to clarify, when you say THCA is just THC, the THC is also Delta 9.
So when GLT says that people who smoke weed would never be caught with that Delta 9 bullshite, that would be incorrect. Because Delta 9 IS the THC that's contained in regular, old fashioned weed.
