Pretty sure someone tried this by asking a bakery to make a rebel flag cake and they got denied just as expected.

Thank you. Libertarians take flack over this position all the time. "Oh, you're a racist!" No, I support the right of someone to be stupid if they want to. If a business is willing to alienate a portion of their customer base, then let them do it. It's not what I'd do, but whatever.

As far as I see it, that was the initial reasoning of the first law suit. They’re clearly not the only bakery making cakes, but that didn’t matter. They wanted to force their agenda down their throats and make a show of it, and they did.

What is worse, the person bringing the lawsuit or the legal system that allows this idiocy?

He should be free to say no to any custom good or service if he is foolish enough to turn down business.

Now, a standardized product on a retail shelf or case is a different story. I’m sure he has cakes that are already made in his shop that those people can buy and decorate themselves.

That should be his decision to decide. If he is okay with losing business to this, so be it.

They’ll keep suing until they get the result they want. I expect the courts will eventually side their way.

He's been targeted by the left. It's really sad. They could go use just about any other bakery without an issue. What pieces of shite this people are.

na, he should be able to turn down any business he chooses. Stupid as frick to do so, but i support his right to be retarded when it comes to business.

the government has no right to tell you who to serve, just as they have no right to tell you what the minimum is you can accept for your services to a business. None of their fricking business.

i hope so. Also hope he doesn't have to spend much time/money fighting it. This is such bullshite that you can be sued for refusing a service. It should be up to the baker which clients he does business with. If I can be kicked out of a bar for almost any reason why not a cake shop?

Refuse service because the customer isn't wearing a mask: OK

Refuse service because the customer wants something the owner disagrees with: Not OK

What a time to be alive!

Really?

Here's a take for you, from someone who actually supported the baker's right to refuse service.....they put a big fricking bullseye on their own backs by making that choice and going to court in the gay wedding case. It's petty as all hell and obnoxious for this transitioning person to do, but it's not like this baker was chosen at random.

What the frick? You clearly dont support the Bakers right

You are saying he should have bent over and taken the big gay dick and frick his right to run his business

You are literally saying you support fear and aggression as means to intimidate people into submission
