Maybe my definition of volume is just different than yours.

For example, If I open a giant bag of costco broccoli florets... I eat all 4lbs. Raw. With only hot sauce as a topping

4 lbs of broccoli has about 600 calories. But so much fiber that your body would consume half of that digesting that much food. Plus its full of water that would make you bloated. You couldn't eat anything for hours after a stunt like that.

That's not what made you fat.

People laugh and show scorn regarding Ozempic, but he should have been on it. May have saved his life

The 'sudden medical issue' probably had something to do with his cardiogravy system becoming over-stressed.

bullshite, that's not a "Sudden Medical Issue". Looks to me like he's been morbidly obese for a LONG time and that is not a good thing for most people's system.

I never looked at Chris Farley, John Pinette or John Candy and thought, "Gee, these guys are going to have a long healthy life".

Might have tried it. I know one guy who it did not help a bit.

I know another guy who has been about the size of the guy in the OP picture since I met him when he graduated college. He’s about 46 now and still no obvious health problems.

Yeh I just don’t agree it’s “sudden” when you are that heavy. It’s a very slow process over time

I admit it would be hilarious and glorious if Beef there died because he was lead ventilated by the angry Crossfitter husband of some broad he was banging.

If you’re that obese it is just a matter of time. I’ve never heard of the guy but come on, his demise was coming soon.

Damn that's sad. He slid right into the Foreplay crew and became instantly one of the more popular guys. Seemed like a sweetheart of a guy.

RIP

On the flip side another guy that works at Barstool, Frank the Tank has walked everyday for over 2 years and has lost a crazy amount of weight. I want to say over 200 pounds.

Yeah it's possible to eat nothing but healthy foods and overdo the calories but I would bet that you don't eat as clean as you think you do.

Baw I say this with love, lose the weight, you want to be around for your family for a long time.

And BMI does not accurately measure his body type.

Big boned, ran an 8min mile in HS easily, 2nd team all-district senior year, would look like skin and bones with a BMI in the 20s, etc.
