COA in MORE hot water? Allegedly altered check sent to them by John Delgado

According to the Hayride.

Councilman John Delgado apparently wrote a check for a donation to the Council on Aging. He claims that the check was altered to be made payable to the Support our Seniors PAC and deposited in the political fund rather than given to its intended recipient.

Delgado apparently told the Hayride that the "Senior Pac" portion of the check is not his handwriting.

I thought these people were already done enough, but if this is true, they are now the dumbest people I've ever seen.

ETA: In a separate FB post, Delgado confirms that "Contribution" and "Council on Aging" are his handwriting. He denies that "Senior PAC is his handwriting.
