The best part about this is that they had the GALL to do this to a check from one of their biggest detractors.
Admittedly, it took almost a year to be discovered, but they had to know if it was ever discovered it would not end well at all.

honestly i think that whole little group/political machine is THAT arrogant
from the will to the OT to the bingo hall disaster to violating federal/state election laws to this check...the only thing that really explains this is just arrogance that led to completely brazen behavior

I mean the guy who owns the website originally asked Delgado about the donation on FB... and he says Delgado is the one that pulled up the check and found the extra writing. Obviously Delgado had to be the one to send him the check image.

I honestly think they're just that incompetent and think this is just how shite is done. They probably had this check in a stack with a dozen others, realized the rest had been made out to the PAC, and didn't want to catch any shite from the bank teller so jotted in the rest. Probably had no realization they just committed check fraud.
