I dont think I said anything he can disagree with though He is on record saying white privilege exists
And its a fact the majority of people who believe that also believe adjustments to hiring practices need to be made due to that
I then went out of my way to say I believe he only believes in the privilege, and not the hiring adjustments
So I think I am safe

It was even more embarrassing for her than this story shows. She tried to apologize for not knowing he was black, but he (quite correctly) pointed out the problem was that the whole "white privilege" argument was ridiculous no matter who she was speaking to.
