Yes. Also I think a lot of these problems really do stem from how out of touch academia is. Yes many of them are intelligent people, but most are socially awkward as frick and very strange/have strange out of touch views. If one has been around them a lot they know these are not the people we want telling us how to live our lives.

"Kim Kardashian’s opinion on the matter would be more relevant to me than CNN"

I bet she's tired of that remote learning too.

frick that.

My wife and I are both getting the vaccine as soon as we can. Don't tell me that we have to shut down, then raise my taxes while we have to home school our kids.

frick that.

Because I couldn’t go to work and we didn’t know the extent of the virus at that point. Memorial Day I started saying “frick it”.

My kid started school on time and in person. I also don't think I'm going to be taking some rushed vaccine either. If I get the Rona I get it

Not Greg Abbott who is the biggest phony sack of shite on wheels that ever rolled through Texas.

Supreme dear leader John Bel has been to Texas before, so Abbot must only be the second biggest.

Scruffy isn’t sure why everyone is upset about this.

It is literally what everyone was demanding of their governments.

I imagine that tune will change after losing the revenue from Mardi Gras tourism and conventions.
Add in missed revenue from football, festivals, conventions, concerts. What revenue does New Orleans really have after all that?

This has been me except for travel. International is still iffy unless you’re going to Mexico. Any major us city isn’t worth going to right now

Why? You know being exposed to normal germs is how one builds their immune system right? Or at least partially
