Sho is.

If it were not a hoax, it would mean the academy had white racists in the school.
Or it would mean that nothing ever happened.

Making fun of you for talking about facts yesterday and how people make things up for sympathy and attention then you made something up that was totally false all the while ignoring me replying asking to link your made up thought and continuing to reply to other posts in that thread.

I thought that was funny, felt like a good time to make fun of you for that.

Thread hijack over.

Are the individuals that are actually behind it going to be penalized?

So if a white guy writes this, it should be handled differently than if a black guy did it?

, what conversation are you having?

I'm asking a question about what the actual crime was. For a hate crime to exist, you have to commit a crime first. The "hate" part isn't criminal without a crime. What is the crime upgrayedd? Is it vandalism?

So if a white guy wrote "Go home n*****", it's a hate crime but if a black guy writes "Go home n*****", it's vandalism?

I'm asking you what the distinction is between the two situations. They both have the same purpose.

The student has not been identified, but the Colorado Springs Gazette reports that the student is no longer enrolled at the academy. Sources also told the news outlet that the cadet candidate committed the hoax “in a bizarre bid to get out of trouble he faced at the school for other misconduct.”

Doesn't say kicked out, may have resigned.

I'm asking you is either a crime? It is words written on an erasable white board in a dorm. Is that a criminal offense?

If it is, charge the man with a hate crime, even though I despise the concept of hate crimes. If it isn't a crime, then the hate part is irrelevant.

I assume racial intimidation is considered a hate crime, but these people who create these hoaxes typically aren't charged with that crime. It's almost as if they're...privileged.

Wasn't he going to be dismissed anyway? Isn't that why he faked this so he could cry that the reason for his failure wasn't on him but others?

I am not a fan of CNN, I agree that most if not everyone working there leans left. I want to hear the truth, no matter who benefits or suffers. But I don't correlate what this reporter said with what you concluded.

The General's response to this is the response of a pussy.

I can guarantee you that the culture of "cry racism when in trouble" is TEN TIMES more common than the culture of "paint racist shite on walls".

But, he can't bring himself to address THAT reality.

It's impossible to speak the truth. It's now socially unacceptable

oh please. That's half the fricking problem in the military. People reach God damn Lieutenant General and are still too big of a pussy to risk their careers

And for fricksake if you got booted out he would actually make more then he is making while he is in

If you're going to reach Lieutenant General and still be chickenshit like you're a private then you deserve to be called a pussy
