Mr. President, I would hope that you would consider this young lady – the type of person she is and what she’s been through – and consider a pardon,

What type of person is she?

The kind that plotted to kill her own children and then did so while on the phone with her husband?

The kind that would successfully squeeze the life out of her own three babies in succession for many excruciating minutes, but botch her own half-assed attempt at suicide?

This dick head lawyer wants us to think about “what she’s been through”, and simultaneously forget that she did it to herself AND her innocent children? And her husband, the father of her children?!?

The following quote applies well to this scumbag lawyer:

“The broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small.”
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf

It isn't a fed case, he can't pardon a state charge. Plus she is a full up murderer...she should hang.

Also, can you pardon someone who hasn't been convicted?

Yes, you can pardon someone who hasn't even been charged with anything actually.

Seems like a lawyer would know that Trump can’t pardon her.

If I were President, I would stay far away from this case. Don’t even acknowledge the pardon request.

Like others have said, she was charged at the state level, so the President can’t pardon those crimes anyway.

President Ford did it for President Nixon, for example. Nixon had not been charged/indicted when the pardon was given.

Was Reddington a court appointed attorney or did the family hire him as defense counsel?

What i think is ridiculous is that i saw Chris Benoit do a flying headbutt in a steal cage match and got up like it was nothing.

Lindsey Clancy does it and now she can’t walk again.

She isn’t fixable
