They stipulated in the last trial that she killed her kids. Curious if they can withdraw it for the next one or if this is puffery

So, legally, the stipulations put forth by the defense itself can be withdrawn and everyone is supposed to pretend it never happened?

A very big reason that I changed my mind about going to law school during my freshman year of college. Not the only one, I realize the different types of law that can be practiced. They all seem to have this component in one way or another, though.

In that case, yes. Jurors' decisions must be ONLY based in the record of the trial.
