Hung jury is my prediction. I don't see any way in hell 9 women from Massachusetts doesn't include at least a few lunatics
Seems like this is happening.
I'm guessing the majority are voting to convict and there are 2-4 crazy women who are completed brainwashed and dug in.
If it goes down that way they'll have to retry and fight like hell to prevent the jury being 75% female in the first place.

The trial is just providing more and more evidence that women should not be judges or hold political office.

How was this allowed?

hung jury
That is my guess.
This is (I think) the charge about what the prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
quote:
That if the defendant did suffer from a mental disease or defect, he nonetheless retained the substantial capacity to appreciate the wrongfulness or criminality of his conduct and[20] to conform his conduct to the requirements of the law;
You will find one or two that have some reasonable doubt about that on these facts.

This is from AI, but it seems right:
quote:
The Process: Judge William Sullivan oversaw the empanelment in Plymouth County Superior Court, aiming to seat a total of 18 jurors (12 primary deliberating jurors and 6 alternates) to account for potential attrition over the multi-week trial.
Depletion of Strikes: By the final stages of empanelment, the Commonwealth (prosecution) completely exhausted its allotment of 18 peremptory challenges.
Defense Remaining Strikes: The defense team, led by attorney Kevin Reddington, held onto 4 or 5 unused peremptory strikes by the time the final panel was nearly secured.
IF that is right, it was a defense-oriented venire to begin with, or the prosecution squandered its strikes, or both.

They both knew the ground rules; the prosecution has bungled this from the start.

How does one prove that a defendant was not incompetent at the time?

I guess the pink could just be pink but I don't think so. Hung jury. This is the bullshite you get when you indoctrinate women their entire lives that killing babies is fine and they can't be held accountable for their own actions because of hormones.

Yeah the 3 dudes are voting guilty while the 9 women, well u know where they stand
Posted on 9/1/26 at 9:40 am to tiggerthetooth
Those women jurors might was well go dig up those children's corpses and piss on them. That's the level of compassion they have for them.

That woman is a registered delivery nurse and killed her babies with her bare hands.
This is fricking unreal that she is not convicted yet.

So if no decision is made it’s a hung jury and a brand new trial?
This should be 12-0 guilty btw, my guess is the 3 men and maybe 1-2 women are going guilty and the other women are all not guilty.
The amount of women I’ve seen on my Facebook feed saying the husband did it or that she did it but shouldn’t be guilty is absolutely crazy.

I guess some of the Jurors don't look at this as "murder" but rather Post Partum Abortion and Massachusetts is a pro abortion state.

In this particular case they tried to show her planning the crime out... like mapping out how long she had once Patrick left to go to CVS & get dinner before returning home
