I would say something, but I don’t want to get banned.

List is incomplete.
There’s usually a population threshold on these, probably 200k minimum.

Not sure where you’re looking in NOLA because most areas are definitely not anywhere near that cheap.
Which is mind blowing considering the average household wages are less than 50k a year in New Orleans.
quote:
Median household income (in 2021 dollars), 2017-2021 $45,594
Per capita income in past 12 months (in 2021 dollars), 2017-2021 $34,036
Persons in poverty, percent 23.8%
I'm guessing lots of trust fund types and non resident property owners.

Why hasn’t the Mexican government gone in and cleaned up the crime?
Because they don't give a shite. This is why you don't give up your right to bear arms.
The cartels started terrorizing Mexico literally 2 years after they amended their Constitution and then passed sweeping laws that essentially disarmed the populace.
Now you have an infamously corrupt police force on one side and infamously violent cartels on the other. And mostly powerless people caught in the middle.
And we share a border with those fricks.

$$$$$
Americans love drugs, spend lots of money which leads to the Cartels.
Its a big business in Mexico.

How is Lexington or Louisville not on that list. We have shootings constantly here now.

Mexico is basically the SEC with like 8 of top 10 or some shite.
New Orleans is a high achiever from a lesser conference like Ohio St or Clemson

Still no ways it’s true. There are like 3 gated communities in New Orleans and you aren’t getting into them for less than a million

Yea has to be eastover. The only places in Orleans parish with homes on courses is Eastover which is no longer existent as a golf course and English turn.
If that home is in English Turn I’ll buy it

There's a Zamora, Mexico with 140k population.

New Orleans is unique in that the average income in good areas is probably over 200k.
The median income in bad areas is terrible. There’s really no middle class in Orleans parish except maybe Gentilly.
