Wouldn't take much, probably on 500 lb. Bunker Buster in the dead center of it should work quite nicely.
Unfortunately, it would kill a million innocent Chinese civilians but it would wreck China's economy and be cool as hell to see at the same time.

I was just thinking that there must be a person/group of people that have the sole task of telling the party leaders all the terrible news but are immune because the party still needs to know the terrible news to send out their propaganda and deflect and whatever.

We've already sucked up Wuhan virus, and many manufacturers have temporarily pivoted. I doubt anything not aesthetic and of great social value, is what you're referring to.
