That sounds great on a message board. But that would really be a unreal, globally impacting event if it were to happen. Think of the blood lost and financial and trade impacts to that. If suddenly, China doesn’t exist in the we know it today. Can’t manufacture, can’t export, can’t consume, etc. it would be an enormous event. Especially if they followed through their threat, nuked Japan, then we obliterated them.
It would really make for a ‘then’ and ‘now’ event on the global timeline.

To be honest this isn’t really anything new. If the Chinese people get openly pissed at the CCP, then this is almost always the solution: blame the Japanese and threaten them. Even people who hate the CCP usually fall for that one. They don’t really buy it when they blame us, but with the Japanese absolutely. They hate each other every bit as much as the Palestinians and Israelis hate each other.
