Chick - Fil - A is the best ran organization in America.

They really are, I don't go in and take the discount but they give law enforcement free meals while on duty.

I'm reasonably confident that if you went to Chickfila and asked for something for free they'd probably just give it to you.
I mean, you can write "free chicken sandwich" on notebook paper and they'd go "of course we'll honor this coupon."
It's an American treasure.

I've seen them dump an extra breakfast item if you go just before lunch.

I probably haven't eaten Chik Fil A five times in my life, was in a big hurry a few months ago and ordered from the drive through, I was about to pay but had left my wallet at home, I told them that I'd come right would they please set it aside. They said don't worry about it, on us today. I did go back and try to pay and they wouldn't accept.

Chik fil a is a good company. I did a project on them years ago in college in a sports marketing class. I needed some information and gave them a call and I was allowed to interview the head of marketing who gave me some helpful information.. But customer service is a huge focus and make sure every location provides the same level of customer service, etc..
They take pride in their brand.

Use their phone app to place your order. Very easy to use (even I can use it).
Once on the premise and you notify them you are there, your order goes to the front of the line .. stand at the Pick Up Order sign, and they just bring you your food.
Whether you eat in or get in your car and leave, it's still the quickest way to beat the line.

I just like saying "thank you" a ton, making them respond with "my pleasure" and try and trip them up to say "you're welcome".

I never get tired of putting their nuggets in my mouth.

They have been used as an example of superior customer service for what, five years now, so why can't the competitors figure it out? What is the differentiator?

I'm surprised this board doesn't shite on an Atlanta based chain... their food isn't the best.
