They are a business that actually values their customers and the reputation of the company. I was in the drive through at the Hammond location and it wasn't a very long wait less than 10 minutes. When I got to the window the girl told me that because of the long wait that my order was free. Its a pretty simple act but people remember stuff like that and tell their friends.

Awesome story and yes, Chic Fil A is definitely good Christian people. Service and food are always great.

Last time I went there I waited 4 seconds for my food instead of 2 so they were like "hey this one's on us!" They're great.
