Possible, yes. Possible for the majority of society, no. Costly, ungodly. Impressive, overwhelmingly yes.
And generally uptight and not fun?
There's a reason she isn't married and has been cheated on numerous times even though she looks like a dime in photos.

At some point, you have to do a little self-reflection and ask yourself if your vanity is worth all that maintenance if you’ve become a slave to your looks.
