No. If he did, and still remained on the jury, then that tells us all we need to know.
yup. it tells us if they had the disclosure and did not object to the juror, there's no reasonable appeal to be made. you cant throw out unfavorable results due to biased jurors when you knew of their bias and you didn't object.

He just won his appeal.
Thank you, racist shithead with a room temperature IQ.

Anyone still think this was not a pre-determined verdict?

Ain't no damn way this answer could be answered as "no" to those living in Minneapolis.
That's why the trial should have been located elsewhere

The "truth" is a fluid concept among many.

Okay, this one is a little more grey.
How is it grey? The dude announced his own personal verdict on his fricking t-shirt. Are you arguing that "get your knee off our necks" is not a direct reference to the Chauvin trial? Or are you going to go the obtuse route of avoiding the fact that wearing that shirt is 100% evidence of bias?

That dude in the middle. lol. Looks like someone shrunk him. Black lil sweet.

The question didn’t ask about his shirt.
And my post said I thought he had bias.

Got my popcorn ready for the appeal. It’s going to be a shitshow when the conviction is overturned.
Posted on 5/3/21 at 6:28 pm to The Spleen
There were no questions about preconceived bias or about whether they believed they could be impartial as a juror?
Seems like a huge miss.
Eta
You chose the obtuse route. It has been noted.

How is it possible they could not have found this our during jury selection?
Is it possible they knew about the picture before they asked him if he had been there? Knowing that if he lied they would have grounds for appeal?
I guess it's a huge chance to take, but I'm not a lawyer and have no idea of they would possibly do that.

I don’t know, I’m only commenting on the two questions posed in the OP.

When Chauvin gets off on appeal, will people show up at this jurors house?

That dude was a regular on Howard Stern's show.
Who me?

Majority of that jury lied to get selected. They couldn't wait to find him guilty. There was one juror boasting how excited she was be on the jury and another one in his 20s flat out lied that he never seen the knee video. Which is complete bullshite since everyone in that age group has a smartphone and it was all over the media.
