There’s something to be said about communicating in the office, teambuilding, and forming a repor with your co-workers so when shite needs to get done you actually know how to talk to them.

I don't disagree with you; I could never work 100% from home, but I don't look at it as a vacation either. I don't think the old school butts in seats mentality 5 days a week is really necessary.
