Caught my neighbor cheating on his wife

Guy is a total dick and I've never liked him. My wife caught him peeking through the fence while she was tanning her knots a few years ago. His wife and kid are really nice too. He just so happens to be the lead narc investigator for the local PD too. Should I use this to my advantage or just ignore?
