Caster Semenya (800m W Gold Medalist) can father a child?

The Olympics board is going away and this isn't really sports related so I thought OT was the appropriate place.
People on the Olympics board have briefed discussed her condition as it relates to her sex. It was mention that she has a vagina but some kind of way she can father a child. Could someone explain if true how that is possible and if it can be done "naturally" or if a medical procedure would be required.
To be clear, I have no desire to impregnate or be impregnated by this person
Just am some what curious as to what this person's condition actually is.

He has testicles in her ovaries.

He does NOT have ovaries. At all. No internal female reproductive organs. He has fully functioning testicles, they just never descended. Which is why he has a male's body, because he has received a male's lifetime dose of testosterone. He is married to a woman and wears men's clothing exclusively when at home. He's basically a men's US high school state champion level runner who competes as a woman, which gives him a good enough time to win gold, against women.

So this person has genetic traits of both sexes but seems to "identify" as a man but competes as a woman bc of the genetic advantage. Seems somewhat disingenuous.

Really only has traits of one: male. He has a Y chromosome. His goods downstairs were somewhat scrambled at birth so doctors made him a girl unit, because it is easier. But skeleton and musculature (and thus athletic potential) have developed according to the Y chromosome, testes, and associated testosterone level he has.

Not somewhat. Extremely. The top 3 were all genetically, physically, and hormonally men, like Caster, identifying as women.
