I've been to Rio. It is a third world cesspool. I imagine it is even worse during carnival.

That’s the thing. Rio Carnival floats have waterfalls. They use pumps and recycle the water for the effect. NO has sparklers and beads and trashy shite.

There are so many deaths that the police don’t even count them. The scale of everything is larger. If New Orleans tried to do it that big, it would be shut down.
