Wait, are you saying that he's accepting taco Bell as payment for blowjobs, or taco Bell has a guy on payroll whose job it is to suck dick?

Unfortunately it's the former. The latter required previous experience and a degree in liberal arts.

Go to Real Estate School. Tons of people with no education make a living there.

what do you want to do?

My little sister landed a 6 figure job with adobe doing computer programming nerd stuff out of college.

there's places like HAck Reactor that will teach you that in 3 months.

Local man ponders how to make bank with little effort and high school diploma.

Actually, I own several very successful and profitable locations of a popular restaurant chain. I've been busting my arse 7 days a week for 15 years. The money is great but I'm tired of missing out on things with my kids and relying on employees that have no work ethic. Just about burnt out. I haven't totally made my mind up about it, mainly because of the job and financial security that my current gig provides, just wondering what else is out there. If I sold my businesses, I would have enough money to last for a while but not "never work again" money.

I may be wrong, but I feel most most jobs that pay well with this amount of education and no experience will also entail this:

sell em all and buy a storage unit facility.

they dont pay? sell their sh!t rent it back out.

better than buying an apartment building because you dont have to worry about a water pipe bursting and flooding the place.

make the people carry renters insurance and you're golden.

places around here charge an arm and a leg

If he's worried about missing events, this is not the right answer. Unless you can land a plant job, which is usually not Oil and Gas around her, more like petrochemical

I'm exploring something similar. I'm in healthcare advertising account management, looking to go more into sales...ideally digital sales. Have had some close calls but no offers yet, and I can leverage my experience pretty well for what I want to move into. In short, it's kinda tough, without being willing to take a significant step back on the pay scale.

If you are thinking about getting out you need to make sure you pick a decent buy-sell lawyer.

IT or Computer Science

Most people in this field have been doing it their whole life. Often since they were kids. You don't typically just decide in your mid 30's that you are going to "do IT"

Its not impossible, but talk about having to play catch up.
