Until someone can figure out how-to control the thermostat on the sun, the global climate crap is just another scam.

The computer models were probably cooked up by the same asshats that cooked up the COVID models...

Was in college taking a course and the professor showed us Al Gore’s video; then show a video called The Global Warming Swindle. It negated everything he said and it was mostly Ivy League Profs that countered everything he said.

The Younger Dryas was regional.

So there was no warming anywhere else on the planet during those decades?

The Younger Dryas was a period of cooling followed by abrupt warming at its end (a resumption of the prior warming trend).

But yes, there is warming and cooling, at the same time, at every period throughout history at different places around the globe. Skeptics like to point this out as evidence of something (I'm not sure what), but what they don't realize is that if every single point on the globe was warming (or cooling) over the same period of years/decades, that would be a world-killing extreme event.

The concern is over global average temperature changes. The following is a map and chart of the extent of the Younger Dryas cooling.

As you can see, the cooling was quite extreme in the North Atlantic, but most of the globe saw essentially no change and much of the southern hemisphere was warming at the same time.

So while the period was probably devastating regionally, it didn't impact the global average that much.

We are specifically talking about the warming part though. And I only brought it up because you said there has never been warming at the pace we have now.

There's a reason our current "Climate Czar" doesn't have solar panels on his homes and why he sold his home on Nantucket Island for one closer to the beach on Martha's Vineyard.

Firstly, the paper concludes that “the percentage of the total CO 2 due to the use of fossil fuels
from 1750 to 2018 increased from 0% in 1750 to 12% in 2018, much too low to be the cause
of global warming.”
The premise of this argument is incorrect, and indicates a fundamental misunderstanding of
the causal link between anthropogenic emissions and rising atmospheric CO 2
. The fact that
atmospheric CO 2 has been rising at only about half the rate of anthropogenic emissions
establishes that the natural environment is a net carbon sink and has been actively opposing
the rise for at least the last 60 years. Hence we know that anthropogenic emissions,
predominantly from fossil fuel combustion and land use change, involve more than sufficient
carbon to entirely explain the post-industrial rise (Canadell et al. 2021)

I know y’all know that’s 12% that wasn’t there before

Which means it’s had a huge effect

So who is right. The person who wrote the paper? Or the person who wrote the rebuttal? Or the person who refuted the rebuttal?

Even if this is proven to be true, they will never relinquish their effort to scare the populace into relinquishing their freedoms and rights in order to create the globalist world.

Doesn't matter. You will accept this flawed logic and you will like it.

Let’s take two and two and see if we can make four out of it. World goes into lock down mode over Covid, and much of Europe is planning on restricting movement, combustion engine vehicles, and even motorcycles to achieve net zero carbon emissions, and we have people like John Kerry, the enviro czar, trying to push to limit, regulate, and dictate what farmers actually grow.

ALL of these are emergency crisis, all under the watchful eyes and direction of the W.H.O, and all for “the good of humanity” and all of it extremism at its very core, but most disturbing about it all is how easily they can get free and sovereign people in the west to comply and fall in line, SOME even to rally for the cause and shame people who send up red flags and don’t fall in line like they’re literally Hitler or something, as IF they know what Hitler was or what kind of hysteria was used to galvanize entire countries and peoples to do what they did in the mid 20th century, and continued to do well after the war in the Soviet Union.

Awaken oh trusting American sleepyheads. People are usually never as well intended as they portray themselves as being, and ALWAYS motivated by more money and more power. All of that comes at YOUR expense, not theirs.
