I think a good test for fitness level is 15 pull-ups, 15 dips, 25 pushups, and 10 pistol squats (5 on each leg) in under 2 minutes.

Are you saying complete 65 total movements in less than 2 minutes?

It’s sad how many men under 60 couldn’t. You know how long it takes to do 100 push-ups if you are in shite shape? 5 minutes. Inexcusable.

Definitely. Also, if you're over 30 and making less than $150k/year, your family has no respect for you and you're destined to be a failure forever.

Could easily do double that right now. Have done 100 a few times in the past. 40 is a joke but the OT is full of fatasses

Hell no. But I am falling apart. I had spinal fusion in my neck. Broke my back and tailbone in a wreck. Also trying to avoid hip surgery. I'm not even 50 yet. Lol.

If you rest in plank position, does it still count?

Either way I could get around 40

I think every dude should set an amount to get through in a day and just build on that.

Others have posted, but I do some every morning to get my blood flowing. It takes no time to get out of bed and hit the floor before walking to the bathroom.

I'll do some during commercials or loading screens on video games too.

Id say yes, resting doesn't even have to be an even plank. Just don't let anything hit the floor while resting.

If you can do 40 straight pushups you are in very good shape

People did a study to find out being in very good shape helps reduce heart risk? What the hell?

There is nothing easy about doing 40 proper push ups in a row. Even strong in shape people can’t do this as often as you think

I guarantee 90% of the people in here can’t do it. Their version of a push looks like a monkey trying to frick the ground
