It is possible, I have had really good female friends whom I would never date in a million years. Nor am I particularly interested in trying to bang. Not that they are unattractive, but I look at them almost like family. Now, that's not to say I wouldnt bang, if we are both single shite can happen. But Im not actively trying to bang, because I have other girls for that purpose
Then you have female friends who are just completely unattractive. Love them to death but in a million years there is 0% chance of anything possibly ever happening.
In my eyes, there are 3 different type of girls
1. Hit it and Quit its
2. Friendzone girls
3. Wifey types

Kind of. I'll admit that connection does matter to me for sexual attraction. There are hot girls I've met that I really don't want to be around at all once I get to know them. Similarly, some girls you find hot, in time, will become too comfortable for there to be much attraction.
The latter situation can change, as noted in this thread, in some situations. Like getting shitfaced.

Thanks for giving further proof to what has already been said, that is if given the chance, any straight male would bang his female friends. Thus it's impossible for guys to truly be "just friends" with a female.

I can be friends with a buddies girlfriend and have absolutely no desire to be anything else.
I've never had a girl that was a friend outside of that circumstance that I wouldn't have jumped on if I had the chance.

if you didnt tell him, which i assume you didnt, you think your really good girl "friend" who would risk losing her best friend say-"hey babe, yea we used to date, now we are just best friends."

There are some females friends who are fairly attractive, we are good friends. But they have dated/banged so many of my friends I would never ever try to hit, and I have had the chance multiple times with both girls. I just cant go for a girl that has been with one of my bros
I once had to turn down this OT 10, good friend of mine when she came over one night. I wanted to, but when your bf is an all-american LB who benches 450 pounds, you stay away by all means necessary.

If the guy has capacity to hang out with a woman he finds unattractive enough to NOT sleep with then the woman is in the friendzone and it would not work from that angle.

Absolutely. I have an extra room. She is welcome to stay there. There are some things you just don't do.

You can give someone a hug without fricking them.
I would never take advantage of someone's emotional state that way especially someone that I care about.
