'd be perfectly ok with outlawing gas powered leaf blowers.
No one needs leaves blown out of their yard at the expense of everyone in a quarter mile radius hearing to be shot because of its 150 dB sounds.
Invention of the devil
Let me know where you live. I would love to make noise polluting our neighborhood.

About 65dB for many handheld gas blowers and your hyperbolic, low-IQ complaint is hilarious.

I think our lawn was cut a total of 3 times in 2019. Very easy upkeep, completely different vegetation and topography than the gulf south.

That's what mine is. And supposedly it doesn't whine as much as other leaf blowers.

According to the California Air Resources Board, running a gas-powered lawnmower for an hour will produce the same amount of air pollution as a Toyota Camry driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
So....not much at all?
Wait what? You think a tiny arse lawnmower that goes for just one hour making the same amount of air pollution as a full sized car that travels from LA to Vegas which is a a minimum of 4 and a half hours of driving is not a lot?
Do you even math bro?

I like the long game. They will not enforce immigration laws, but they will fine and imprison Mexicans for using gas powered lawn equipment.

I looked for another source for this, and it seems that some of the cities who already passed regulations did buyback programs for leaf blowers.

And I bet they got a pretty penny reselling them in other areas which aren’t subject to this shite.

Great point - won’t this put the lawn care workers out of business ?

If California is really serious, instead of putting their thumb on the common man, why don’t they ban ALL flights from California air space and ban all tractors and 18 wheelers as well ??? Because they’re hypocrites.

Some people actually believe that battery powered equipment doesn't cause any pollution.

But shitting on the sidewalk is not addressed

If people can't directly see it, they are okay with it.

I read it take about 3 months to get a permit for a portable generator in California.
