Is this guy for real? He paid $100/piece for wooden pallets? I want to have a scotch with the guy/girl that actually buys these from him.

there must be 50 of these stacked up behind my office. I'm gonna undercut him and sell them for $24 each or $59 for 3.

Obviously the seller is the baller. He bought them for $100 and is selling them for $25.

I didn't think people paid for pallets. Usually, you can just drive around and pick them up for free.

You can normally find pallets on the ground next to dumpsters. I'm not sure why he'd buy them

Just asked if they're American pallets or Chinese.

I will gladly pay $2 rather than driving around looking for them.

Be careful or you'll end up with a felony. Those you see stacked are usually being returned to vendor for deposit or 3rd party pallet company. Plants all use these b/c of sheer numbers it makes it necessary. Small hardware stores and such will do this too. We stole plenty in my day to use as bonfire wood. But knowledge is power. You can and likely will go to jail stealing from stacks behind businesses. Don't take it unless it's in a dumpster.
