Just sit them on the curb for anyone to pick up

If that doesn't work, leave them on the curb and put a FOR SALE sign on them. They will be "stolen" within 24 hours

So he said he's only got three and they're all in brand new condition. My response:

So we just took some measurements, we think we can fit one and a half per trip. We may not need more than 1.5. Would you be opposed to selling half a pallet? If not, we may be able to make two trips. Also, about how many sets of fingerprints would you guess are on each pallet?

Yo Jakes, you wanna express interest in 1.75 pallets so we can give this guy an inventory conundrum?

For those of you downvoting, you have obviously not been paying attention to the screwed up state of this world and the trouble people can get into for minor things.

Be careful or you'll end up with a felony. Those you see stacked are usually being returned to vendor for deposit or 3rd party pallet company. Plants all use these b/c of sheer numbers it makes it necessary. Small hardware stores and such will do this too. We stole plenty in my day to use as bonfire wood. But knowledge is power. You can and likely will go to jail stealing from stacks behind businesses. Don't take it unless it's in a dumpster.

True, but most deposit pallets are painted with a vendor's name. Normal wooden pallets actually cost money to ship back per truckload for some companies, we give ours away for this reason.
