I know we had a Sonic near my old house in AZ in the 90's.

I seem to remember some BW3s - Buffalo, Wild Wings and Weck. Solid quality wing joints in midwest college towns. It eventually became insane corporate giant Buffalo Wild Wings.

I lived in Phoenix for a couple years and the only sonic I ever saw was on Ray Road in chandler. They definitely weren't everywhere. This was 99-2000

In the late 70's you could buy Ralph Lauren polo's at Stein Mart in Greenville for $8.00 a piece. I think they were selling for $35-40 in retail store back then. A buddy in Monroe had a friend who worked there that would call when they got shipments. We would make the drive over and basically bought one of every color they'd get in.
Now Stein Mart's merchandise isn't really discounted much. Even the Ralph Lauren outlets can't sell them at that much of a discount.

Zaxbys was the bomb when it started. They actually cooked your chicken fingers in the sauce you wanted. It took a little longer to make but it tasted so much better.

What was that good brand of local potato chips? Everytime I try to think of them I think of Lays so I can't figure it out.

Agreed. Many people hyped it up, I had it once, it was the perfect example of "meh". Never went back.

No, not Zapps.
Think boring potato chip. They use to sponsor LSU I'm pretty sure. Or at least the Football broadcast. Also, they never went national. Just a regional brand.

I'll have to take your word for it. Every zaxbys I've ever been to, the food has been near inedible.
I don't disagree. Twenty years ago, they were definitely better though.

Was going to say Golden Flake, but I don't think that's who you're thinking of either.
