I’d like to donate my body to science. But I promised my great grandfather I would be in the family plot

Cremate me then let everyone smoke my ashes.

That way, I can make people smile one last time.

Ashes and then spread somewhere by someone I love, they will dig your arse up and throw your arse away at some point in the future, cemeteries won’t be practical in the future unless you are famous, too many people. Might as well decide where you want to be thrown away now.

Cremated. Have already instructed the wife and buds where to spread my ashes. 1/4 to my favorite dove field, 1/4 in Flat Lake while the chinqapins are biting, 1/4 around my favorite deer stand, and the rest in the best sacalait hole in Turtle bayou

Cremated because it’s the only way my remains could be in two places at the same time.

Half spread on the family land here in Louisiana, and half on Nelsons Beach on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia. My two homes.

Are there any regulations about where cremated remains can be spread?

unfortunately we've had 5 funerals the wife and I've attended this year, so the conversation has come up. Cremated, with a gathering/celebration of life at a restaurant type venue with a bigger picture of me as I would want people to remember me, not a blueish gray face full of makeup. I want some light music on in the background so it's not too quiet so that people don't get too sad. I want people to have a few beers & bourbon and riminess about the good times. Pour my ashes into urns for my daughter/wife/parents(if I go before them). Not many people visit gravesites, this way they could think of me more often

Leaning toward cremation.

But serious question....how do they keep your ashes separated from other ashes? Or do they?

I'm going to be buried, already paid for the plot, etc. It's what the wife wants. Personally I'm good with cremation being the way forward. Use up less land.

Depends on property owners, like Disney has a no spreading policy, but that doesn’t stop people. Haunted Mansion is a popular place people do it.

Obviously don’t do it in buildings, but public lands and parks aren’t gonna give a shite.

I want my skull acid-washed and want my wife or oldest son to keep it on the mantle. Maybe put something festive or decorative on it during holidays etc.
