We played a deaf school, too. I played offensive line and got 17 false starts in the first half trying to talk shite via sign language.

I actually have experience with this. Was going to back out once she told me she was deaf but then she kinda guilt tripped me into it when she asked if it was b/c she was deaf. Date was fine.
Anyway, they read lips very good. Like understood almost everything I said first try. She could talk but it does sound weird, kinda high pitched when it comes out.
Not my proudest moment, but we ended up having sex that night and I had to see if she could really hear so I started calling her a dirty whore and all kinds of other stuff I rather not say while hitting it doggie and she never reacted. So she really couldn’t hear anything at all.
That’s all I got.

I did that about 20 years ago. Cool chick, she could read lips really well and she could talk too, so it was fun.

I went out with a deaf girl a couple of times a while back. Was drop dead gorgeous. She was an expert at lip reading so we had real conversations.

On my Senior Cruise in ‘84, there were over 100 of us high school boys on the ship. The ship docked next to us had at least a couple schools on it with a pretty equal share of guys and girls. Our ship had, at our best count, 7 high school girls on it. And 5 of those were from a school for the deaf. Those girls were never more popular than they were that week.
