The court sentences you to a conversation you don’t wanna have.

That’s very compassionate of you - but I think this is a little different. If the rape accusation is true, then this POS had no intention of creating a child. Be it that he even denies sleeping with the woman leads me to believe (if the rape accusation is true) - he knows what he did and doesn’t want to admit it.

Not the drag in the bushes with a knife rape, one of those passed out drunk/drugs "sexual assaults".
Rape is rape if not consensual. Why contact some deadbeat piece of shite who was never in his life? What’s it going to accomplish?

4. Have your buddy frick the "Dad's " wife. Or get you to do it, that'd be worse.

Why is he a deadbeat if he was never told. Did he know?

Should a man who has raped a woman (if true) - have a right to know?

He probably doesn’t want you blabbing his business all over Tigerdroppings like a woman, that’s for sure.

The only reason in this case to talk to his biological dad would be to find out the medical history of his dads side of the family

Hes not a deadbeat if he wasn't told.
I'm not saying he's a good guy.

Need more info on that night though...sounds like mom didn't remember for sure

This is the correct answer

Accusing someone of rape is serious biz; your buddy may not want to know his Mom was an easy target

What a sad world we live in when “season ticket holder” is some type of admiration

You absolutely write this off. You also should prepare for the guy to make contact with you if he is a deadbeat and discovers you living the highlife. If he feels he has something to gain or wants money himself, he might try to insert himself in. But your buddy should definitely know this search and interactions should go no further.
