Well if sexual assault has a higher frequency of recidivism it may help someone else. I just couldn't believe what he said his dad said to him. like F you

How’d they get the DNA of the dad to compare to the kids?

There isn’t some big arse dna registry..you need uncontaminated samples from both parties.

first, was it rape, rape?

or one of those buyers remorse type of rapes?

Even if it was the later, he is still a 10 out of 10 piece of shite for abandoning his child.

This could be a 40 year old case of two drunk people making a bad decision.

If they were both drunk, then why is the mom calling it rape then?

Sounds like she got roofied.

when I did my DNA I found my parents, my brother and sister, 1st cousins, Even my grandmother's half sister. If my dad never took the DNA test, It's pretty easy to isolate who would be missing in relation.

Regardless he didn’t raise his kid. Even giving this guy every benefit of the doubt we can, he’s still an irredeemable piece of shite in my mind.

That's like asking "if this guy was the father, why is he denying he even slept with the mother?"

I'm not sure if he knew. His mom got kicked out of the house, and it was pretty rough going for her and him during the early years.

And if that is the case, both parties know it... So why try to get involved with a POS? They arrive in your life often enough as it is... Why seek one out?

Does the father have money? Best way to get back at him is to file a paternity lawsuit.

Send him the link to your post history. That alone will have him considering cyanide as an option.

Not sure of the history there but I'll go on a limb and say that his mother's family has no right to be a part of their lives without a clear and unequivocal apology.

Agreed. If the father is close enough and has continued with his evil behavior, then maybe try to get him thrown in jail, but you won’t be able to simply due to what he did to your mother years ago. Let sleeping dogs lie unless he’s still doing the same shite.
