So then what does that make Louisiana, since they've completely skipped it?

It’s really good. That with an iced coffee makes for a good start to the day.

Brisket sandwich is great too.

The blueberry scones are legit as well. Love the sausage on a stick and get it often, however Louisiana Sausage >>>>>> Texas Sausage.

If only Billy's would ever figure out how to let people give them money quicker. Their system is ridiculous.

Is it championship level barbecue? No.

Is it better than pretty much anything you can find sandwich-wise on most interestate exit areas? Yeah, definitely.

Rhino or Hippo FTW.

Also...the cups of cubed cheese, smoked turkey/pork loin are quite strong as well. Same amount of calories and salt, but I feel like less of a fatty with one of those as opposed to a taco or kolache.

Should you really be trying to emulate that guy?

Shouldn't this be on the food board?

Have you read his manifesto?

Rouse's has a new item, Gator Bites, that may or may not be a beaver nugget clone, down to the bag. They have different flavors, too. I like cinnamon roll.
