Is that the new one in Miss? Drove by about a month ago and saw it but it wasn’t open yet

I would be livid if a damn gas station slowed down traffic on the interstate for several miles.

Stopped at the Leeds Buc-ee’s Sunday morning at 7am and jt was a pleasant experience
I've stopped there a bunch of times and it's never been too crowded.
I have yet to venture over to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge location.

Best Buc-ees is the one just outside of Leeds in AL. Stopped there a bunch on way to Braves games. Not anywhere close to Gulf shores level of busy

They were all commemorating the anniversary of Operation Barbarossa

Sounds like Buccees needs to foot the bill for infrastructure improvements. To be honest they should be proactive about it like Costco is, and not wait for the City/County to force their hand. It would help in their growth plan.
Already happening but the counties are the ones funding them as part of the lure to get the location.

had to wait awhile to fill up. Like to never found a parking place
At least you're part of the solution and not the problem.

Buc-ees is a good place to go for an ego boost.

That was my fear when they were talking about putting one at Millerville. Could you imagine what a shitshow that would be in Baton Rouge traffic?

The one in Mississippi just opened and it’s the only thing outside of Casinos there is around here.

Stopped on the way back from PC, mistake. Had people directing traffic in the parking lot. Instead of getting back on I-10 there, took a right and drove down to the next exit in which it had a huge gas station there with no crowd.

Buc-ees Alabama and Mississippi yesterday (Sunday June 22)
We took a 20 minute longer way to Omaha(through Branson) to stop at Buc-ee's in Springfield, MO.
The Chicken Burrito is our go-to. It can be messy if you don't know how to unwrap and eat it carefully while driving. But quality and price are very solid.
$7.99 and it's two meals for errybody except me.

I’ll be in New Braunfels TX this weekend to float the river
The Buc-ees off I35 next to the Guadalupe River in the summer time is a site to been seen. I would love to see the total gross revenue for a weekend.
The good news is it’s really made other gas stations step up their game.
Now in Texas there are a couple of knock offs that obviously aren’t as good but are pretty damn close with half the traffic.

“New Braunfels Tx”
First Buc-ees I ever saw,had never heard of them.Blew me away,120 gas pumps-could hardly believe it.I think that’s pretty standard now.People like“Beaver”Alpin fascinate me,takes a mundane business like a gas station/convenience store and turns it into a blockbuster phenomena .He started when he was 23 with his first,is now 67 with 51 and plans for quite a few new ones now.
He’s a billionaire, actually has a silent partner with 50% interest and they own a hunting ranch together.
I was him,I’d kick back ,let my managers run the stores and spend the rest of my days hunting and deep sea fishing.
Todd Graves of Raising Cane’s is another fascinating story as is Sam Walton.
Closer to home “,Cap” Saurage ,founder of Community Coffee,is interesting.Started out roasting coffee beans and grinding them in his kitchen, packaged it in brown paper bags and selling it around B.R.
I wonder what the business is worth now.
(Had a great aunt that was married to his brother.)

Where does one learn to communicate like this?
