I've only ever seen white people do this
The black dude that sits beside me at work brushes his teeth at his desk every day after lunch with one of those minty, miniature, disposable toothbrushes. He also bathes in hand sanitizer regularly and wipes the dust off his desk/PC three times a week.

Don't forget the gum problems.
I quit smoking in 2005. I still have minor issues with my gums due to being a former smoker. Have to have cleanings 3 times a year instead of 2 because of it.

The stuff your dental hygienist gives you after a teeth cleaning (cheap toothbrush, travel toothpaste and floss) is perfect to just stick in your office drawer.
This. I think brushing in the office bathroom is odd, but I will occasionally brush in my office.

As to the OP: I go outside with a cup of water, pick up my "works" (toothbrush, etc.) and walkabout in the undeveloped area of our campus.

We have some Asian guy who takes a shower in the sink after he pees, gets water and splashes it all over his face and hands.
It looks like some religious belief like after he touches his junk he has to wash his face.
Crazy mess

Half the blacks at work had horrible stank breff and I offered free toothbrushes to help stave off their stank breff, but, to no avail. Just sayin......

No, but I floss my teeth at my desk when I'm bored. I have a bag of the floss picks and I chew on them. No way I'm flossing without these things

No doubt. I don't want strangers doo doo particles getting on my tooth brush.

The black marine at my previous job would do this. The bathroomn consisted of a stall and a sink. He would consistently brush his teeth the same time I took my post lunch grumper!

I keep a toothbroush, toothpaste, and mouthwash at work. I hate coffee breath and don't want my teeth to be stained from the coffee. I don't do it every day but every now and then I brush after I drink my coffee. The bathroom is a one person bathroom that locks with a sink, mirror, and clean cabinet. I don't see what the big deal is. It's not any different than brushing at home.

It's not a big deal for you because no one else can be in the bathroom at the same time that you're brushing your teeth.

I'm white and I do on occasion (brush and paste top right drawer).

Simple alternative is frickin trident gum throughout the day. Jesus
That's all I do. I do have mouthwash for a rainy day.

I'm about to brush my teeth after I finish my lunch. But of course my office bathroom isn't open to the public.
