Yeah I missed that in the original story. I guess the ballistics matched between the shootings?
Earlier they said they didn't have a murder weapon. I guess they found it. The report says that he is linked to the murders by a shell casing and a car.

Let's hope that is what happened and it is open and shut.
I don't want this to be a scenario where they went off halfcocked due to political pressure and pursued a case that could result in an acquittal because the evidence is sketchy.

He ordered a silencer but it had not come in yet. Also completed a concealed carry certification but he had not received the certificate yet.
