Before we publicly lynch this young man, I think it's important that we spend some time trying to understand the social and institutional triggers that would cause a law-abiding individual to become a racially-motivated murderer seemingly within a week.
What could possibly influence a person to betray their moral character in such a heinous way?
ETA: imagine if the Mayor and BRPD would exert this effort to solve all murders that plague our city.

I'm a tard. THREE TYPES OF AMMO. Same gun. 9mm.
2 of the 3 shootings matched ballistics. The 3rd had his DNA on it.

It can also detect type of gun as well. I imagine a lot people can do that between shotgun/rifle/pistol. Not sure it's more sophisticated than that.
