Manslaughter? No way, no how, totally illogical.
It doesn't. If you kill someone unintentionally during the commission of a felony, it is murder under Louisiana Law. Having a gun battle is a felony.
But now they will probably plead to negligent homicide and get 5 years, which will end up being house arrest after time served. But they will be monitored and only allowed to go to the club after texting the monitor company.
